Blog Initiative

This marks the first blog, and also the first week of my sophmore year in college. It's all so intense but intruiging nonetheless. I can really take full agreement on the argument that there just aren't enough hours in a day. I'm so busy anymore between working part-time, going to school full-time, and attempting to have the slighest social life. Usually it ends up costing me sleep, sometimes really toying with my sleep patterns, but I'm coping. I just need to really perfect one decent schedule and I should be set.

This semester I'm taking PHILOSOPHY 151 (The Human Person). I'm partially blaming the initiative to start these blogs on this course. Even though I've only been in the class once so far, I've done some of the readings and it has really got me thinking already (Not that I haven't been thinking enough about school, stress, pressures, etc. as it is).

I'm attempting to keep these blogs uniform, or at least some form of repitition in structure. Therefore, I'm going to attempt to implement some type of habitual action. I'm thinking a quote of the day would be decent. Maybe something I've read or just a quote that fits my day's events and lessons. I'm going to also do some reviews on anything really (people, movies, products, etc.). In addition, maybe I'll input my thoughts on some current news and media. Overall, this should be a learning experience for both my site viewers/blog-readers and myself, since I usually don't write about my day. Let's see how this works out. :)
